Maryland Cape Home Renovation
This beautiful Cape renovation includes a first floor renovation with the addition of a sunroom and comfortable new front porch. There was a roof removal that was done to increase the usable footprint of the 2nd floor, and thus two new bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room were added.
