This Queen Anne Style home in the historic district of Wayne experienced total renovations to the first and second floor and outdoor spaces. Major structural work was conducted on the home to create a modern day open concept layout. The first floor renovations included the foyer, bay window and
staircase of the living room, dining room connection to the kitchen, dining room and living
room connection to the side porch, mudroom and powder room reconfiguration, kitchen
design, rear staircase removal, and ceiling changes to the family room. The second floor renovations included creating two bedrooms and a bathroom, laundry room. A master bedroom with a master bath and closet.
